Your generosity helps provide free assistance to elders and those who are terminally, critically and chronically ill and their families in our community.

All hospice, bridge and bereavement services are free of charge.  We are licensed by the State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services as an All-Volunteer Hospice.  The Hospice of Haines budget for our staff and programs is fully supported by individual donations, memorial gifts, fundraisers and grants.

We appreciate and value all donations, any amount that works for you and your family.  Make a gift in memory or honor of someone special, and we will send acknowledgment and our thanks to anyone you specify.

Become a Volunteer

Hospice of Haines offers spring or fall volunteer trainings on opposite years.  This course is free to anyone who would like to learn more about care-giving and the death and dying process. Get in touch to learn more.
